Project:    Unison is proud to supply all the Expansion Joints for the Sydney Metro Martin Place redevelopment project. This landmark precinct features a metro station, two new commercial buildings, retail spaces, and a new underground pedestrian connection.

Scope:    Supplied over 700 metres of heavy-duty floor mechanical Expansion Joints, seismic cover plates, waterproof seals, fire-resistant seals, and wall joint systems. All floor Expansion Joints were anodised with a brass finish and bead blasted to achieve a P5 slip resistance rating.

Redevelopment

Unisons 3-piece aluminium floor cover plate system and Car park expansion joints are Certified Disability Accessible for wheelchairs. Pyrotx Expansion Joint fire barrier tested and certified to AS 1530.4 AS 4072.1 & BS 476.2 Manufactured in Australia
